Two Friends Reach Out.....
Our family was approached by Rebecca Champion and Cindy Price with the idea of a foundation as a way to remember
Coulter forever. The original idea was to sponser Coulter Hampton Day every year on the weekend of March 12th.
It would be a day of family fun, fundraising, awareness, and rememberance of our precious little boy.

Our Charter
The Coulter Hampton Foundation was created to honor Coulter's memory. Through the foundation we hope to help other
children and their families who are suffering from a childhood illness. We also hope to raise awareness regarding childhood
cancer/blood diseases and to give back to the organizations that helped Coulter and our family during his illness.

incorporated in September of 2005. We have recieved notification from the IRS that our 501(c)3 status has been approved!
We are so excited! .
Coulter doing his best to sit up after his bone marrow transplant. We all wore our shirts that day to the hospital
in Cincinnati.
